Larry Smith and his son have, between them, more than six decades of carpentry experience in Alaska -- the majority of it building custom homes in Homer.  

Larry designs the buildings to suit our customers, and to take maximum advantage of the building site, view, and southern exposure.  We build highly energy efficient houses, using top quality materials, to higher snow load standards than most local builders -- yet we are competitive in price with any builders in the area.   Unlike other builders, we do not charge more for timberframe than for standard frame houses.   We are happy to provide local references.

Pamela Brodie helps with design, construction, expediting, etc., and installs custom tile floors and counters.  She is also a stained glass artist.
